Salon Policies

1. Service Deposits

  • All new large service bookings such as colour, balayage, and keratin smoothing treatments require a $50 deposit, which will be applied to your sale at checkout. This deposit is refundable only when a cancellation of the upcoming appointment is made with proper notice. *Deposits can be transferred if an appointment needs to be rescheduled. (See #2 for more info)

  • Hair extension appointments require a mandatory consultation prior to booking an appointment, and a NON-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure that booking, which will go towards the cost of your hair needed for your service.

2. Late Cancellation & No Show Fees

  • *24 hours notice is required for our cancellation fee to be waived. The fee for small services such as haircuts is $15, and larger services including colour, foil work & extensions is $50.

  • If you choose to no-show with no notice to our salon, you will be required to cover 50% of your missed appointment to qualify for rebooking.

  • Deposits for appointments are non-refundable if the appointment is missed or not cancelled/rescheduled with proper notice.

3. Please arrive ALONE to your appointment.

  • Exceptions are made if you are accompanying a child to their scheduled appointment. If you must bring someone with you, please call ahead to confirm, as we are continuing to limit our capacity.

  • Please do your best to arrive on time for your appointments! We totally get things happen, so if you’re running late, please give us a heads up by phone, email or DM!

  • If you arrive later then 15 minutes for your appointment, it may have to be rescheduled, or services originally booked may need to be altered. This will be at the discretion of your stylist.

4. Masking & Sanitation.

  • Masks are optional, but we do request you wear one to your appointment if you are showing any type of cold or flu symptoms. Our stylists will also do the same to keep everyone healthy!

  • If a stylist feels they would like you to wear a mask, please put one on. Our stylists will do the same for any clients that request we wear one.

  • We will have disposal masks available if you forget one.

5. Please remember, we work with colour & chemicals!

  • Our stylists do their absolute best at ensuring we protect your clothing and items during your service. But, with that being said, we are human and accidents happen! Its rare, but the occasional colour splash can occur, so we ask that you do not attend your appointment in clothing that is very valuable to you! We have slippers available to change into as well, just let us know :)

6. This is a safe space for all to feel welcomed!

  • This is a judgment free zone! All are welcome here! Please always be kind & courteous to other clientele as well as our staff. Vulgar language or harsh interactions will not be tolerated. Shall a situation like this occur, we will gently ask you or the culprit engaging in disrespect to leave.

7. We appreciate your support and understanding to our updated policies.

  • Our policies are in place for the continued safety and comfort of our staff and clients. Failure to comply with our current policies will result in us not being able to service you at this time. We appreciate your understanding.
